“Time is a very crucial thing for all of us. And honestly the traffic during the month of Ramdan is terrible. We want good, tasty food, when we break our fast. It can be very monotonous for people to eat the same type of food everyday; even though I am very typical person because I love having bora (deep vegetable fry), fruits, yogurt, beguni (brinjal fry) and all sorts of conventional iftar (smiles). There are occasions that I treat myself to different delicacies.”

“A quick tip for a delicious iftar, particularly for youngsters:
-- Take a chicken breast
-- Slice it into pieces, 4 centimeters long
-- Marinate the slices in salt, lemon, ginger and garlic for 10-15 minutes.     -- Now take 2 eggs and mix with 2 cups of flour. Now dip the chicken breast in the mix and deep fry.

Serve this with a sauce, for which you need to mix:
-- 2 tsp of vinegar
-- 1.5 tsp of olive oil
-- 1 tsp lemon
-- 1 tsp honey -- and Voila! It's ready.
