Workshop on teaching etiquette held at NSU

Institutional Quality Assurance Cell at North South University (NSU) organised a workshop on “How not to Teach: Etiquette in Teaching” for the faculty members of NSU on July 28 and August 11, respectively.

Institutional Quality Assurance Cell at North South University (NSU) organised a workshop on "How not to Teach: Etiquette in Teaching" for the faculty members of NSU on July 28 and August 11, respectively.

The workshops were conducted school-wise in two sessions, attended by the faculty members of four schools, said a press release.

The workshops on both the days, were facilitated by Dr Ahmed Tazmeen, registrar of NSU and associate professor at the Department of Economics. He started the sessions with a quick ice-breaking programme, discussed ways of effective teaching, major elements of motivating students and finally dos and don'ts in teaching.

In the interactive workshops, participants also share their valuable experiences and teaching tips among each other.
