Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) will conduct mobile court drives in all its ten zones simultaneously from tomorrow (June 15, 2022) to destroy breeding grounds of Aedes mosquitoes, known to be carriers of dengue virus.

DSCC Mayor Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh ordered to conduct the drive at a meeting reviewing mosquito control activities at Nagar Bhaban.

The mobile court drives will continue for the next four months.

Saying that the control of dengue is their primary work Taposh said they will have to use their full strength to control Aedes mosquitoes.

"We have to monitor from lane by lane and to the roof of a house. We will not be lenient towards those who will not clean their rooftop gardens," he said.
