Deepika looks to explore into Hollywood

Bollywood star Deepika Padukone is keen on doing Hollywood films and wants to explore to work in the West.

“I am interested in doing Hollywood films. I am ready to explore ...working in the West. I couldn't do 'Fast and Furious'… but I am glad I chose to do 'Ram Leela' promotions,” Deepika said.

She was speaking about her journey in Bollywood at the ongoing Mumbai Association of Moving Images film festival here.

“If something interesting comes up I will take up. Here, we are subject to shelf life. There it is not like that,” the 29-year-old actress said.

The “Chennai Express” star is happy with the way her career has shaped up and insists success has not changed her as a person. “I have not changed ... My family would speak about it. I wash dishes at home... I did it last night,” Deepika said. “They have not stopped their lifestyle... They continue doing work they do, knowing I am going to work,” she said.
