Fashion show and concert at BSA

Fashion Entrepreneurs Association of Bangladesh (FEAB) is organising a fashion show, followed by a concert, at the Art Gallery Plaza of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy on April 9. Leading fashion houses will display their Baishakh collection at the fashion show, while Joler Gaan will perform at the concert.

The event will shed light on traditional attires and weaves, promoting the Bangladeshi fashion industry. Hence, the ramp will feature clothes of a number of renowned fashion houses that work on traditional attires of the country. Azra Mahmood is the choreographer of the fashion show.

Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor is scheduled to attend the event as chief guest. FBCCI President Abdul Matlub Ahmad and actor Afzal Hossain will attend as special guests.     

Educationist Burhanuddin Khan Jahangir will give a talk on the development of the local fashion industry in the Bengali culture and lifestyle.
