Pahela Falgun celebrated in Mymensingh

Marking 'Pahela Falgun', the beginning of Spring, different socio-cultural organisations held daylong elaborate programmes in Mymensingh on Monday.

The programmes included musical soiree, rallies, poetry recitation, dance and discussions. Mymensingh Zila Shilpakala Academy organised the programme.

Brahmahshoily, a forum of artistes also organised a daylong programme including an art exhibition adjacent to Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin Sangrahashala on the bank of Brahmaputra River.

The artistes of Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University performed on the occasion.
