Like hundreds of thousands of other cricket fans, people from showbiz are great admirers of our cricket team.

Like hundreds of thousands of other cricket fans, people from showbiz are great admirers of our cricket team. When it comes to watching the game at the stadium and cheering for the Tigers, some of them never miss a chance. Popular actresses Nawsheen and Mousumi Hamid shared the joy of watching the Bangladesh-India series at the stadium. Excerpts:

Nawsheen: I go to the stadium quite often to see Bangladesh play. As usual I was at the stadium to watch the series between Bangladesh and India. It was a delightful experience and I, along with thousands of cricket fans, enjoyed the game to the fullest. I cannot express the joy I felt when Bangladesh were beating the Indian team. I felt like it was a dream turning into reality.

Whenever our boys hit a boundary or took a wicket, the entire gallery started cheering. I can safely say that I was a part of the excitement like other Bangladeshis.

I did not have any shooting schedule on the day of Bangladesh's match since it was pre-planned.

It was one of the biggest achievements of our cricketers and I will never forget that moment when the Bangladeshi team's win was confirmed.

When it comes to watching our boys I never want to miss a chance. Whether they win or not, I'll always be with the Tigers.

Mousumi Hamid: I have been a cricket fan and a diehard follower of the Bangladeshi team since my childhood. And with time, my love for cricket has multiplied.

Every time there's a match of Bangladesh, I try to be at the stadium to cheer for our boys. I cannot think of watching the game anywhere other than the gallery.

When our team plays well, an inexplicable happiness fills my heart, and when they win, my joy knows no bounds. Like hundreds of thousands of cricket fans, I was caught up in the celebrations.

As far as I can remember, I never missed out a big match at our home ground. I always waited for big matches so that I could go to the stadium and root for the Tigers.

This time I was at the stadium along some other people from our showbiz arena. We had unforgettable fun together.

I believe that Bangladesh will be world champion one day if we continue to stand beside the team the way we always did.
