Adele to make acting debut

The Daily Star, via the Mirror, have alleged that the 28-year-old British singer is even planning to fill her two week break from her current tour of the USA to shoot scenes in 'The Death And Life Of John F. Donovan'.

The source for the publication explained, “Adele doesn't want to be a full-time actress, but she enjoyed working with Dolan and he thought she could bring a lot to the screen.”

There is some credence to this story, though. That's because Xavier Dolan, who previously oversaw production on the video for Adele's Hello, is directing the film in question.

If it turns out to be true then Adele will be throwing herself into the deep end, because it also features the Oscar winning talents of Natalie Portman, while the hugely impressive cast will also include Kit Harington, Jessica Chastain, Susan Sarandon, Kathy Bates, Michael Gambon, and Bella Thorne.
