Radiohead shares cryptic video

Radiohead posted an ominous video to Instagram yesterday, set to a snippet of its “A Moon Shaped Pool” track “The Numbers.”

The video shows a barefoot, plain-dressed man carefully sweeping up a few scraps of garbage while a trickle of sand behind him slowly fills up his tiny habitat.

Radiohead credits the video to London-based director Oscar Hudson, who also shouted it out on his official site.

A week ago, the band announced it had commissioned some artistes to craft “short vignettes” interpreting parts of the new album.

 “A Moon Shaped Pool” was released to mass acclaim on April 27 and debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200.
