Following the recent social media outrage against rape and sexual abuse, multiple celebrities spoke out against such heinous crimes online, demanding justice for the perpetrators.

"I demand punishment for such inhumane crimes, as rape is not tempted by sexual desire, but by inhumane nature," shared Chanchal Chowdhury, on his verified Facebook account. "The death penalty is not enough for such criminals. Let's protest!"

 "What is the use of all this power if the women are raped and we are the rapists?" expressed a furious Zakia Bari Mamo.

Film actor Aruna Biswas conveyed her frustration, "What a horror this has been, rape and rape again! When will all this stop? It's time for every woman to equip themselves with weapons."

"Let the rapists hang," demanded actor Mehazabien Chowdhury.
