Debashish Biswas directorial ‘Alo Ashbei’ to release this Eid

Filmmaker Debashish Biswas is set to launch his latest production, Alo Ashbei. The film, based on the COVID-19 lockdown, features Misha Sawdagor, Bidya Sinha Mim, Bappy Chowdhury, Zayed Khan, Ferdous Ahmed, Apu Biswas, Bobby, Amit Hasan, Amin Khan, Toma Mirza, Emon, Joy, Keya, and Shahrear, among others.

The shooting for the film is underway, and all the scenes are shot from home for this production. Debashish Biswas is has written the script and screenplay of this film. "I am communicating with the artistes over phone. Thus, it's more like a smart-production where I am directing my team and they are shooting from home with the help of their relatives or friends," mentioned the director. "This film reflects on how we are spending our days in home quarantine. While the whole world is struck by the Coronavirus pandemic, all we can do is hope that things will get better, and this is what this production is all about."

 "Isolation had left me bored, thus, this opportunity was entertaining and enlightening for me," said Apu Biswas. "It was an interesting experience and I got to interact with my co-stars. I will finally be able to give something to the audience this Eid."

 "I was very impressed by this idea as soon as I was approached by Debashish Biswas. Finally, I was able to enjoy my work after so many days of idleness," laughs Bidya Sinha Mim. 

ShreePpritom is the music director of the project, while the background score is composed by Emon Saha. The 20-minute film will be released online before Eid.
