Noted actor and director Azizul Hakim has captured millions of hearts with his performances on television and several critically acclaimed films.

 Shokol Babara Bhalo Thakuk, a documentary about the actor, is in the making. It is written by his wife, playwright Zeenat Hakim and jointly directed by his daughter, actor Nazah Hakim and son-in-law, Nafis Fuad Shuvo.

The shooting of the documentary concluded recently at Azizul Hakim's home.

"It is mainly a tribute to me for Father's Day by my daughter and son-in-law. I talked about my life's journey and the grief of losing one's father," shares Azizul Hakim. "It has been a very emotional journey."

"I am very proud of my father. My husband and I are very happy with the project," says Nazah Hakim.

Renowned elocutionist Mahidul Islam, actor Golam Farida Chhanda, presenter Sumaiya Saki and Muhaimin Redoan Hakim also contributed to the documentary.

"We all followed social distancing rules while working on this project," concludes Azizul Hakim.
