People the world over are confined to their homes, due to the coronavirus outbreak, and our celebrities are no different. Arifin Shuvoo, one of the most beloved actors of our time, discussed how he is maintaining a healthy lifestyle and developing good habits during self-isolation in a recent chat with The Daily Star.

He has started taking classes at the US-based web platform, Master Class.  "The platform is available upon yearly subscription. In Master Class, people can learn about photography, acting, film, writing, culinary arts, and many other subjects," he says. "I am focusing on the performance aspect, as I am influenced by this form of art. Renowned actors, artistes and creators facilitate classes on the site. Anyone can join any class, depending on their choices. It is an interesting learning platform."

The actor has also cut fast food from his diet. "We don't have many options when we shoot outdoors. As a result, we end up eating a lot of oily, fast food, even though it is unhealthy. I am enjoying nutritious home-cooked dishes at this time and have stopped the habit of feasting on fast food."
