Jatiya Putul Natya Utshab 2019 at BSA

Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA) organised the Jatiya Putul Natya Utshab 2019, a puppet festival, from March 19 – 23 at the Experimental Theatre Hall. Twenty-four troupes from across the country, including Hridoy Jhumur Jhumur Putul Naach from Dhaka, The Azad Putul Naach from Bagerhat, and Jhumur Bina Putul Naach from Brahmanbaria, among others, participated in the festival.

Along with puppet shows, there were discussions and award distribution ceremonies held during the event.
