Star Cineplex thanks all for overwhelming support

After an outpour of support for Star Cineplex after its being asked to leave its Bashundhara City premises, the market's authority have renewed their contract with the multiplex. "We are grateful to Bashundhara City Authorities, fans and well-wishers for the support," says Mahboob Rahman, the Chairman of Star Cineplex. "Ultimately, it was the people's support that helped Cineplex stay at the venue." In a recent press release, Rahman thanked Bashundhara Group Chairperson Ahmed Akbar Sobhan for his generosity. Star Cineplex, which helmed Bangladesh's first modern multiplex at the Bashundhara City, will continue with its elaborate expansion plans all over the country.
