Suchanda and Rafi Hossain honoured with Fazlul Haque Memorial Award 2019

Actor Kohinoor Akhter Suchanda and journalist Rafi Hossain received the 16th Fazlul Haque Memorial Award 2019, held recently at Westin, Dhaka. Suchanda received the award for direction, whereas Rafi Hossain received the award for his contribution in cine-journalism. The event was coordinated by Faridur Reza Sagar, Managing Director of Impress Telefilm Ltd and Channel i.

National Professor Anisuzzaman was present at the event as the chief guest. Eminent actor Sujata, writer Salahuddin Jaki and culinary expert Keka Ferdousi presented uttarios and crests to the awardees. Both winners received a prize money of BDT 25,000, each.
