Swapnadal stages ‘Jadur Pradip’ at Shilpakala

Theatre troupe Swapnadal staged the 35th show of their ‘mimodrama’ production Jadur Pradip (The Magic Lamp) at the Experimental Theatre Hall, Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA) yesterday.

Adapted and directed by Zahid Repon, the play is based on the familiar fairy tale, Aladdin and the Magic Lamp. A complete theatrical presentation through pantomime, Jadur Pradip focuses on the triumph of good over evil.
