Sweety Das Chowdhuri raises awareness through ‘One World, One Fight’

Acclaimed Manipuri dancer and choreographer Sweety Das Chowdhuri conveys contemporary thoughts through dance, along with raising awareness on the global coronavirus pandemic, in her production, One World, One Fight. It is choreographed and performed by Sweety herself, with guidance from her husband and acclaimed Bharatnatyam dancer, Amit Chowdhuri.

The video and audio arrangements for the project are done by Abir Haque and it is produced by Desi Production.

The video, available on social media, was appreciated by noted artistes and audiences all across the world.  As an optimist and a responsible artiste, Sweety believes in reflecting contemporary issues and the emotions associated with them, along with spreading positivity and encouragement.

The video starts with small fragments of news and messages from renowned personalities across the globe, all related to the coronavirus. It ends with an imperative message by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, followed by an optimistic message from our Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
