Traditional dance festival in Pabna

A dance festival was held at Pabna Bonomali Institute premises on Sunday to uphold the traditional dance of the region. The artistes of Sonar Bangla Maa Academy and Nrittanchol, Pabna performed at the festival organised by Bonomali Institute.

President of Bonomali Institute, Anjan Chowdhury Pintu, also the managing director of Square Food and Beverages, inaugurated the festival in presence of eminent citizens of the district.

The programme included a discussion which highlighted the cultural heritage and folk trends of the district. Over fifty artistes from two participating organisations performed classical and traditional dance at the festival.
