Pabna Drama Circle, a leading theatre organisation of the district, observed death anniversary of the founder of Bangladesh Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibar Rahman. A discussion featured on the occasion in the organisation premises on Friday.

Pabna Drama Circle, a leading theatre organisation of the district, observed death anniversary of the founder of Bangladesh Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibar Rahman. A discussion featured on the occasion in the organisation premises on Friday.

President of the organization Faruk Hossain Chowdhury chaired the discussion while the administrator of Pabna Zila Parisahd Md. Saidul Haque Chunnu spoke as the chief guest on the occasion.

Among others, freedom fighter Rabiul Islam Rabi, journalist Habibur Rahman Shopon, author Sayed Hossain Dara, members of the organization Hafiz Ratan, Vashkor Chokrabarti spoke on the occasion.

The speakers stressed to keep the spirit of Bangabandhu for building a secular Bangladesh. "Bangabandhu not only brought the independence but also ran for established country at the early of the independence. He fought for secular Bangladesh. Secular spirit of Bangabandhu should be kept." The speakers said.

Later, artistes of Pabna drama circle recited poems paying homage to Bangabandhu on the occasion.
