Jyoti and Imran in jute ad

Jyotika Jyoti and Anisur Rahman, the two familiar faces of the small screen, have paired up for a TV advert, promoting jute and jute products. The ad was shot recently in Rupganj. 

Under the initiative of the Ministry of Textile and Jute, the ad was made by Feriwala Communications. Rana Masud directed the ad, with Venkesh Gangadhari on camera. 

“It was a privilege to work for an awareness-raising campaign, so that people use locally-made products,” Jyoti told The Daily Star. 

Milon, meanwhile said “Me and Jyoti have worked in TV plays before, but this was our first work in this capacity.”

The ad will air on all TV channels soon.
