Richi-Apurbo in “Shunno Shohor”

Popular TV actors Apurba and Richi Solaiman have been a high profile team in several TV plays and telefilms.

Despite their onscreen chemistry the duo hadn't worked together for sometime. Now to the delight of their fans they have paired up again for a television play titled “Shunno Shohor” that will air during Eid.

The TV play is written and directed by Gautam Koiri, where the popular duo will be playing husband and wife. The play depicts a story of a sprinter who suffers from an accident and eventually gets frustrated from staying at home all the time, and this creates conflicts between him and his partner.

Apurbo told The Daily Star: “The role provides a lot of scope to act. On the upside, Richi is a talented actress and a great co-artiste. Working with her after a year feels great.”

Richi, on the other hand said, “Not every day you find a play that provides you personal satisfaction to working in. This time I am getting that. Apurbo is a good human being and working with him has always been a treat.”
