Samrat and Brishti team up for new play

Emerging model and actress Tania Brishti has teamed up with actor-director Khalid Hossain Samrat for single-episode television play “Bhoyonkor Ek Chhutir Diney”. 

Written by Rana Zakaria and directed by Samrat, shooting for the play wrapped up recently in Pubail near the capital.

Samrat said, “The play has an interesting script, and I enjoyed doing it. Brishti is a promising actress, and she did well in the play.”

Brishti said, “It was my first opportunity to work with Samrat, and I learned quite a bit from him in the process. I portrayed a model in the play, and it was quite challenging. I am happy with my part and I hope the audience will like it too.”

The play will soon go on air on Channel i.
