Special Mourning Day live broadcast on Desh TV

Desh TV will broadcast an elaborate special live show titled “Roktomakha Bukey Swadesher Chhobi” tonight, marking National Mourning Day. Cultural personality and Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor will be a guest on the live show that will feature songs and poems on Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, reading from his “Oshomapto Attojiboni” (incomplete biography) and his book “Karagarer Rojnamcha”, a book of his diary entries from his days in prison. Apart from Asaduzzaman Noor, Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra artiste Timir Nandi, actress Aupee Karim and young singer Oishika Nadi will feature on the show. The programme will run from 9:45pm-1am.
