Srikanter Pancham Parba on Desh TV

Marking Durga Puja, Desh TV will air special single-episode television play “Srikanter Pancham Parba” tomorrow at 9:45pm.

Based on a story by Pramathnath Bishi, the play is directed by Nahid Ahmed Pial.

The play is about Srikanta and Indranath. Srikanta meets Indranath after a long time and takes him home.  There Indranath meets old flame Rajlaksmi. The next morning Indranath elopes with Rajlaksmi, leaving a letter for Srikanta.
