Suborna, Dilara Zaman in new daily soap

Suborna Mustafa, Dilara Zaman and Jitu Ahsan have begun filming a new daily soap for TV, titled “Ontorjatra”. Produced by Dhoni-Chitro and Mindshare and directed by Badrul Anam Soud, the serial is expected to begin airing on Ekushey Television soon.

Filming began in the capital's Uttara this week.

Suborna Mustafa gave an insight into the theme of “Ontorjatra”. “Every person goes through two journeys in life. One is, biological, and the other is of the inner self. The relationships between the characters of the drama are defined by the latter.”

Dilara Zaman, meanwhile said “I'm working in Soud's direction after more than a decade. It's a beautiful story, and I think it will reflect the stories of many families of this country.”

Jitu, who has been working with Suborna for many years, was also excited about the new soap “Suborna apa is a kind of artiste who can enrich you as an actor. I'm learning a lot from her. I believe this will be a good production.”
