A Workaholic on Vacation
Growing up, I never wanted to be a 'holic' of any sort. Terms began with 'alcoholic' and then many began sprouting up- 'chocoholic', 'shopoholic' and what not. Since the first one I heard was 'alcoholic', I assumed anything that makes you a 'holic' must be bad.

Ending the Harry Potter Chapter
There was an announcement on Bookworm Bangladesh's page on Facebook, and I squealed, out loud, sitting at my office desk. The squeal was all too familiar to those who had the heart of a Potterhead, and my colleague (a fellow Potterhead) sprung up from her seat and yelled, 'I BOUGHT IT! I BOUGHT IT!'

For a long while after the 7/1 attacks in Holey Artisan Bakery, in Gulshan, Dhaka, the police and law enforcement agencies have told us that they have Tahmid Hasib Khan, 22, and Hasnat Karim, 47, held as suspects.
