State Minister for Disaster Management and Relief Dr Mohammad Enamur Rahman revealed the development at an evening briefing in the conference room of the ministry.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. The minister said that they are aiming to bring all the people in need of shelter to the cyclone centres in an attempt to keep the mortality rate zero if the cyclone hits Bangladesh.
Dr Enamur also said that the state of the cyclone would be clear after May 23, but everyone concerned has been instructed to take necessary preparations within this time.
