PM condoles Ibrahim Khaled's demise

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has expressed deep shock at the demise of eminent economist and banker Khondkar Ibrahim Khaled.

In a condolence message, Hasina said Ibrahim Khaled's contributions will be remembered in the flourishing banking sector.

She also prayed for the eternal salvation of the departed soul.

Ibrahim Khaled passed away at a hospital in Dhaka early today.
