Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC organised its 417th board meeting at the bank’s head office in Dhaka today.

Khwaja Shahriar, chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting, the bank said in a press release.

Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Mohammed Abu Eusuf, and Mohammad Asraful Hassan, directors of the bank, were present.
Farman R Chowdhury, managing director and CEO of the bank, Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan, additional managing director, and Mohammad Moniruzzaman, company secretary (acting), along with senior executives of the bank, were also present.
