Dhaka stocks keep rising

Shares on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) continue to rise for the sixth successive trading day today.

The DSEX, the benchmark index of the premier bourse in Bangladesh, rose 36 points, or 0.56 per cent, to 6,469 at 12:25 pm. Turnover stood at Tk 1,256 crore.

Of the securities, 200 advanced, 107 declined and 73 did not show any price movement.
