Dhaka stocks open lower

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) opened lower for the fourth consecutive day today.

The DSEX, the benchmark index of the premier bourse in Bangladesh, lost 5 points, or 0.08 per cent, to 6,175 at 12:20pm. Turnover stood at Tk 239 crore.

Of the securities, 159 advanced, 92 declined and 123 did not show any price movement.
