Dhaka stocks return to black

Shares on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) returned to the black today after falling yesterday.

The DSEX, the benchmark index of the premier bourse in Bangladesh, rose 49 points, or 0.78 per cent, to 6,329 at 12:15 pm. Turnover stood at Tk 916 crore.

Of the securities, 230 advanced, 46 declined and 102 did not show any price movement.
