Phoenix Insurance to sell 8-storey building

Shares of the company rose 5.9 percent to Tk 28.70 at the DSE as of 12.22 pm
Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd has decided to sell an 8-storey commercial building at Dilkusha, Dhaka's commercial area.
Named Phoenix Bhaban, the building, owned jointly by Phoenix Insurance and Phoenix Finance, is located on an 8.61 katha area.One katha equals 1.65 decimal.

Phoenix Insurance's board took the decision in its meeting on 24th September 2025, said the company in a disclosure to the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) today.
