South Asia Trade Fair-2025 kicks off on Sep 18
The "South Asia Trade Fair-2025" will begin on September 18 at the International Convention City Bashundhara in Dhaka, with the participation of South Asian countries under the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (Saarc).
The four-day fair will be organised jointly by the Saarc Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI).
Commerce Adviser Sk Bashir Uddin will inaugurate the fair, which will showcase a wide range of products, including ready-made garments and textiles, gems and jewellery, cosmetics, leather goods, home appliances, kitchenware, processed food, and electronics.
More than one hundred organisations from South Asian countries are set to take part in the four-day event, which will also feature thematic sessions and discussions on business networking, B2B meetings, and regional trade opportunities.
The fair will remain open to visitors from 11 am to 10 pm every day until September 21.
