The 11th International English Language Olympiad-2023 held at Heritage School

International English Language Olympiad-2023 was held at Heritage School on Saturday, August 19, 2023. It is a national-level competition in Bangladesh.  Out of 47 contestants from various schools and colleges, 8 were selected for the semi-final round. 

Last August 22, Tuesday, the results of the semi-final round were announced where  Labib Abrar Islam, an O-level student of Heritage School secured the highest marks of 75.88%  to participate in the final round. The final round of the Olympiad will be held on September 27, 2023 in Rome, Italy. Students from 55 countries around the world including Bangladesh, Europe, America, Africa and Asia continent will participate in the final round.

The main aim of the International English Language Olympiad is to motivate and enhance the learning process of English.

On the same day at 10 a.m.,  certificates were given to the students who participated in the preliminary qualifying round. Mohammad Salim Mia,  chief coordinator of International English Language Olympiad 2023    gave certificates to the students.
