2nd season of 'F11 See Sharp' photo exhibition begins April 8

The event promises to scale new artistic heights with a wider spectrum of visual storytelling from across the country.

The Independent Photography Club of Independent University, Bangladesh, is going to unveil the second season of its national photography exhibition, "F11 See Sharp," beginning April 8.

Following a successful debut last year, the event promises to scale new artistic heights with a wider spectrum of visual storytelling from across the country.

Dubbed "F11 See Sharp Season II," the exhibition will bring together a curated selection of photographs from both emerging and established talents, capturing themes of passion, emotion, and perspective. Organizers say the showcase aims to foster a deeper visual dialogue and reaffirm photography's place in contemporary cultural expression.

The exhibition opens at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) on April 8 at 12 pm, with an inaugural ceremony. It will run through April 10, welcoming IUB students, faculty, officials, and invited guests.

The event will then move to Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy's Gallery 7 for a public viewing from April 11 to 12, with an opening at 3 pm. The final leg of the exhibition will take place at InterContinental Dhaka on April 18, from 12 pm to 8 pm, also open to the general public.

"We warmly invite art lovers, enthusiasts, students, and professionals to witness this vibrant celebration of photography," organizers said in a statement. "This season is a journey through the sharpest perspectives and most passionate eyes."

The Independent Photography Club hopes that the exhibition will not only elevate local photographic talent but also serve as a cultural bridge for diverse audiences.
