4th LFB Leadership Excellence Summit 2025 to be held in October

Leaders Forum Bangladesh (LFB), a Dhaka-based globally registered non-political organisation, will host the 4th LFB Leadership Excellence Summit 2025 on October 11 at Hotel Sheraton Dhaka.

The event, running from 6-10pm, is expected to bring together more than 500 senior corporate leaders, policymakers and professionals from 23 industries. 

Founded on June 13, 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, LFB has grown into a platform with over 5,000 members. The organisation focuses on advancing leadership skills, fostering mentorship and reshaping the corporate ecosystem under its vision "Self-development and Giving Back to Society."

Operating under its motto "Born to Lead", LFB promotes leadership development, skill-building and collaboration across multiple industries. Its initiatives include the Young Leaders Development Programme, Training & Development Workshop, Leaders Café and Sports & Wellbeing Programme. In early 2025, the forum also launched the LFB Leaders Club House in Gulshan-1 as a hub for networking and corporate engagement.

The upcoming summit will highlight inclusion, innovation and sustainable corporate growth. Organisers said the event will also recognise corporates for contributions to financial inclusion, job creation and leadership development.

The 2025 edition of the summit is expected to act as a milestone, bringing together corporate leaders to inspire, connect and empower future leadership while cementing Bangladesh's role in driving regional progress.
