Asgar Ali Hospital commemorates “World Stroke Day”

Asgar Ali Hospital commemorates "World Stroke Day" on October 29, 2021, by displaying banners and spreading awareness in the community. Prof. Dr Zabrul SM Haque-CEO & Director Medical Services has attended this event along with Consultants of Neuromedicine Prof. Dr Nirmalendu Bikash Bhowmik, Dr Nazmul Huda and Consultant of Neurosurgery Dr Masud Anwar. Other participants include Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Management and Employees of the Hospital.

Consultants of the Neuroscience Department discuss issues that increase the risk of stroke as well as notify all about the early signs of stroke and rushing the patient to the hospital for treatment can almost completely eliminate the threat of post-stroke condition. Hence everyone gives highest importance to the theme "Minutes can Save Lives" of this World Stroke Day.
