From 7-16 September 2023, the signature buffet restaurant's latest recipes will be transformed into a Brazilian culinary adventure, offering guests an experience of Brazil's vibrant and diverse food culture. This food festival will be harmonized by Executive Chef, Jesus Nino who is a Spanish native and has vast knowledge of Brazilian dishes. H.E. Paulo Fernando Dias Feres Ambassador of Brazil to Bangladesh graced the occasion with his esteemed presence. This food festival is served at dinner time buffet style. Chef Nino highly focused on the menu by crafting Brazilian popular cuisines. Churrasco, Camarao, Costela, Picanha, torta de Frangou, Moqueca Baiana, Salpicao De Frango, Curao, Brigadeiro are the main traditional recipes. The buffet dinner price for this food festival is BDT 7750 net per person.
