Chief of Naval Staff Admiral M Shaheen Iqbal was present at the event as the chief guest.

A total of 20 teams participated in the competition.
In the start-up competition, students from various universities and institutions of the country came up with various new and creative maritime related business plans. The navy chief over crests to the top 3 groups for their innovative business start-up plans.
