Concord begins construction of luxury residential project in Gulshan

Concord Real Estate Ltd. has begun construction on Concord Villa Bellanova, a new luxury residential development on Road 36 in Gulshan, one of Dhaka's most prestigious and tranquil neighbourhoods.

A ceremony, attended by senior Concord officials, landowners, and key stakeholders, was held marking the beginning of what the company describes as "an exclusive residential landmark" in the heart of the capital.

Located just a short walk from Gulshan Central Mosque, the project is surrounded by embassies, international schools, and cultural centres, offering a blend of calm and convenience.

Villa Bellanova will feature twelve apartments, each having a full floor of approximately 2,920 square feet. The north-facing building will include landscaped grounds, a reception area, and basement parking. Amenities include a rooftop swimming pool, gym, private lounge, and an open BBQ patio.

The project also incorporates 24-hour security, a modern firefighting system, and optional home automation.

Concord Real Estate Ltd., which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary, said the new development reflects its continued commitment to "creating refined urban living spaces" across Dhaka.
