Daraz announced the completion of Future Leadership Program

Daraz Bangladesh has announced the completion of its flagship leadership program, "Daraz Future Leadership Program (DFLP)," with success. The case study event of the 18-month-long Management Trainee program, which aimed at developing future business leaders from the contemporary youth through comprehensive leadership training, was held at The Sheraton Dhaka on October 23, 2022. The event was graced by the presence of higher officials from Daraz Bangladesh, including – Mohammad Riyad Hossain, Chief Human Resource Officer; Shabbir Hossain, Chief Commercial Officer; Khondoker Tasfin Alam, Chief Operating Officer; A.H.M. Hasinul Quddus, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer; Farhana Rafiq Uzzaman, Chief Customer Officer; Mostofa Zaman Khan, Chief Administrative and Security Officer; Mahbub Hasan, Chief Financial Officer and many other Daraz officials. Along with the chief officials, two esteemed guests—Professor Dr Abdul Hannan Chowdhury from the School of Business and Economics at North South University and Professor Mrs Sutapa Bhattacharjee from the Institute of Business Administration at Dhaka University—were also present with us during the program to uphold its honour.
