Edinburgh's award foundation, Int’l Hope School sign agreement

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Foundation Bangladesh and International Hope School Bangladesh signed an agreement in Dhaka

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Foundation Bangladesh and International Hope School Bangladesh signed an agreement in Dhaka today, said a press release.

The Award Centre Sub-License signing underscores a collaboration aimed at fostering youth development.

During the ceremony, Roksana Zarin, principal of International Hope School Bangladesh; and Rizwan Bin Farouq, honorary secretary of the Board of Trustees of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Foundation Bangladesh, formalised the sub-licence agreement.

This strategic alliance entails International Hope School Bangladesh's commitment to offer The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award programme to its students with immediate effect.

The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award programme, since 1956, serves as a non-formal education framework across more than 130 countries and territories globally. Esengeldi Jumakunov, vice principal; and Mirza Md Ragib, curriculum developer from International Hope School Bangladesh, alongside dignitaries representing The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Foundation Bangladesh, were present.
