Monir Ahmed Academy holds meeting on science

A free blood-grouping and hepatitis B routine checkup, and a discussion meeting on science were held recently at Monir Ahmed Academy Private Cadet College at Turukkhala in South Surma, Sylhet.

The meeting was chaired by Moniruddin Ahmed, founder chairman of Monir Ahmed Academy Private Cadet College. South Surma Upazila Nirbahi Officer Nusrat Laila Nira was the chief guest, said a press release.

Microbiologist Sejuti Saha, director of the Child Health Research Foundation, Dhaka, was the lead speaker.

Rantu Roy, headmaster of Haji Mohammad Raja Chowdhury High School, addressed the programme as special guest.
