NSU celebrates the 102nd Birth Anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children's Day

The first private university of Bangladesh, North South University (NSU) organised a discussion session and cultural program to celebrate the 102nd Birth Anniversary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children's Day 2022 yesterday.
Mr Mustafa Jabbar, Honorable Minister, Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications & Information Technology, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh was present as the Chief Guest. Mr Azim Uddin Ahmed, Honorable Chairman, Board of Trustees (BoT), North South University and Ms Rehana Rahman, Member, BoT, NSU were present as Special Guests. The session was chaired by Prof. Atiqul Islam, Vice-Chancellor, NSU and moderated by Mr Jamil Ahmed, Director - Public Relations Office, NSU.
The guests present on the occasion handed over prizes among the children who were the winners of the drawing competition organised on this occasion. At the end of the discussion, a cultural program was arranged.
Among others, Professor M. Ismail Hossain, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, NSU, Prof. ABM Rashedul Hassan, Treasurer, NSU, Prof. Dr Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Dean, School of Business & Economics, NSU, Prof. Dr Abdur Rob Khan, Dean, School of Humanities & Social Sciences, NSU, Prof. Dr Javed Bari, Dean, School of Engineering & Physical Sciences, NSU, Prof. Dr Hasan Mahmud Reza, Dean, School of Health & Life Sciences, NSU, Dr Gour Gobinda Goswami, Director, Office of Student Affairs, directors of various departments, department heads, senior officials, faculties and students were also present at the program.
