Platinum Hotels presents its iftar offering

Platinum Hotels by Sheltech hosted a special "pre-Ramadan" presentation of their upcoming iftar and dinner buffet at the capital's Platinum Grand on March 21. 

The buffet showcased its iftar offerings to celebrate Ramadan.

Reputed television and print journalists, food bloggers and special guests experienced the gastronomic trip, as the head chef and his culinary team prepared the dishes for the evening. 

This buffet will be available daily at Platinum Grand and Platinum Residence this Ramadan.

The buffet boasts exotic flavours from the Middle East, along with an abundance of Asian delicacies such as Hyderabadi food, mutton halim, chicken nihari, grilled prawn, whole fish, and Kabsa. 

During Ramadan, Platinum Grand is also offering a sehri buffet.
