Viqarunnisa club to organise 4th National English Fiesta

The Viqarunnisa English Language Club (VELC) will hold its 4th National English Fiesta from September 19–20.

The event follows an intra-school round on September 12, which was limited to students of Viqarunnisa Noon School and College. Winners from that stage will now compete in the national round.

Organisers said the competitions will cover a wide range of formats, including English Olympiad, Spell Bee, Crossword Puzzle, Impromptu Speech, Poster and Wall Magazine, Instant Story Writing, PowerPoint Presentation, and Turn the Coat.

Participants are divided into three groups: Astens (Class V–VII), Beatniks (Class VIII–X), and Citadels (Class XI–XII).

VELC said this year's event will be held under the motto "From words to world peace, let language be the key."
