Abdul Barik passes away

Abdul Barik, father of journalist Golam Mortoza, passed away yesterday. He was 95.

He breathed his last around 5am at his house in Mahendrapur village of Rajbari, according to his family sources.

He left behind four sons and two daughters to mourn his death.

A namaz-e-janaza was held after Zohr prayers, and Abdul was buried at his family graveyard.
