The minister was addressing virtually a board meeting of Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA) .

DNCC Mayor Md Atiqul Islam, DSCC Mayor Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh, Narayanganj city Mayor Selina Hayat Ivy and MP Nazrul Islam Babu, among others, were virtually present at the meeting.
